First call for a new storefront

After a tenant vacated this space, the owners wanted to have more flexibility with the retail center. 

Meyer Complete bid the demolition of all interior conditions left by the previous tenant, removed the existing framing and exterior insulation finish system (EIFS) and installed a new bronze storefront. 

Higher rental revenues were the result of turning this large, single-tenant space into an attractive multi-tenant retail space.
